We’re looking forward to your appointment. Here is some information about our salon, directions on how to get here, and all the things you need to know before your first visit!
Contact Info
The best way to contact us is through text. We will respond to texts within 24 hours during week days Monday through Saturday.
After hours, we will re3spond during business hours on the following work day.
We’re located in the Terrace Oaks Shopping Center. (Click for directions) Directly across the street from Outback Steakhouse in Temple Terrace. Our salon is in the center of the shopping center - suite 7- there is a sign overhead that says SALON, and we have plenty of parking out front.
Pre-Visit
You’ll receive a text confirmation from us when you make your appointment, and also one 72 hours prior to your appointment. Please make sure that you click through to confirm so that we know that you will be at your appointment.
Notifications
Please come with clean washed hair, styled how you normally wear your hair so that we can see how it looks every day. If you are coming in for an extension reinstall, that appointment does not include a shampoo and blow-dry, but please let us know if you’d like to add that on to your appointment,

POLICIES
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Life happens, and we totally get it. But, in order to provide the best scheduling options for all our guests, we require a 48 notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price. Cancelling or rescheduling within the 24 hour time period of your appointment, may incur the entire appointment fee. Retainer fees for extension hair and install fees are non-refundable.
LATE ARRIVALS
Services for clients running late will be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjusting pricing. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees will apply.
ADJUSTMENTS
We make it a priority to offer you the best service possible. If you are having challenges with anything, please notify us within seven days of your service and we will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we do not offer refunds on services performed and per manufacturers policies, all extension sales are final.
